Cervinia, set high in Italy’s Aosta Valley at 2,050 metres, is one of the most snow-sure ski resorts in the Alps, with a long season that often stretches from late October to early May.
Famous for its spectacular views of the Matterhorn (Monte Cervino) and direct lift connection to Zermatt in Switzerland, Cervinia offers extensive skiing and snowboarding across wide, gentle slopes that are perfect for beginners and intermediates, along with long descents — including the 20km run down into Valtournenche. Snowboarders also appreciate the large snowpark and excellent off-piste opportunities.
